The International Training Center was launched by Gridin’s Group in 2006, after evaluating the need for training of lacking technical staff in the market of provided services such as oil and gas, wind power, shipbuilding and ship repair, industrial and civil construction industries, etc.
Today, the Gridin’s Group International Training Center is a modern institution that provides for the development of highly qualified specialists, and is accredited by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Lithuania. The Center’s activities are also accredited by the Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) and the Global Wind Organization (GWO). Its activities have also been evaluated according to the contractors’ security evaluation checklists (VCA/VCU). The Center’s activities are performed in accordance with the standards of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
